Updates an existing request for quote (RFQ) event.

Currently, we don't provide the ability to update the items field.

With the update on September 8, 2022, you will need to update your PUT RFQ endpoint requests with categories for your events.
Multiple categories can be added using the "categories": ["", ""] format.
If there are no categories for the event, enter categories = [].
To find a list of category UUIDs, see the Category endpoint (/api/v3/categories/)
