A request for quote (RFQ) allows you to send suppliers a request for a quote on a list of goods or services. RFQs are at the core of Fairmarkit and are built to help you be more efficient and effective in your sourcing process.
RFQs can be created automatically through an ERP/P2P integration or manually added within Fairmarkit. With the Fairmarkit API, you can create, retrieve, update, or delete an RFQ.
We don't currently provide the ability to update the
itemsfield.

Buyer
The buyer field uses the buyer's email address.
Closes_at
This is the date and time when the RFQ is scheduled to close. This is a string must be formatted using ISO 8601 format, and should be entered in 30-minute intervals:
2022-11-11T11:35:12.000000 - invalid value
2022-11-11T11:30:12.000000 - valid value
UOM
UOM (unit of measure) may be required based on your items type. For more information, see Understanding items and UOMs.
